Stayed twice in May 2017. Would stay again.
Pros:The staff and location were great. The hotel is modern and up to date.
Cons:Nothing really. I wish all my hotel experiences were as good.

Spent 4 nights upon arriving in Italy from the US and one night two weeks later when returning to Milan to fly home. This is a nice modern hotel with a great location within walking distance of the Duomo, the Galleria, Castello Sforza, and almost all of the sights you want to see when visiting Milan. The staff is very conversant in English, professional, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is very good with a great variety of hot and cold choices. I had single rooms both times and they do run smaller than what we are used to in the US but I've found that to be the case in all of Europe. The room I had for 4 nights was larger than the room I had for one night, but both were fit for their purpose. Milano Centrale train station is a short taxi ride away. Upon arriving at Linate airport I chose a fixed rate car service that was 55 Euro to downtown Milan. Returning to Linate two weeks later I took a regular cab and the fare was less than 20 Euro. I would gladly stay here again.
Along with a restaurant, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. You'll find a business center on site. WiFi and wired Internet are free in public spaces. There are 2 meeting rooms available. A terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and concierge services are also featured at the business-friendly The Square Milano Duomo. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A complete renovation of The Square Milano Duomo was completed in April 2015. This 4-star Milan hotel is smoke free.
