The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room was very nice and was very clean. I like the separate bathroom sink and amenities. Everything was in good order.

I will not stay at this hotel again..
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I paid for my room and gave confirmation # to desk clerk yet she asked for payment of room until I showed her a copy of my reservation which I did on line. My confirmation said check in was at 3 PM yet upon arrival I was told I would have to wait another 45 minutes. When I complained I was given another room but not in smoking annex. Asked where the room was I was given a general direction to the room. The woman did not seem very to concerned with customer service. I have been treated better else where..

We had a great time!
We stayed here for about 4 days August 2013
Value for money: 90%. Higher % if not for an issue with no hot water on one of the days. It got fixed but only after I called, and took longer than promised. Otherwise, for the price, I like the hotel a lot: very clean, high speed internet, free (hot) breakfast, free National Post Newspaper; and proximity to Shopping (there is Mall behind the hotel, but far enough from the noise) and downtown Midland attractions are some of the high points. Swimming pool looks clean but we did not use it. Exercise room is nice but needs some updating. Near attractions: Martyr's Shrine (~5 min drive), 30,000 island cruise, ~15km (12 min) -drive) from Balm Beach and 30 min from Awenda Provincial Park and Beaches. A Greek restaurant within the hotel and a Kelsey's eatery across the street. I would likely stay there again. If you are very tall, hallway has low ceiling. Highly recommended.
