We were thoroughly disappointed with the property. The lack of service at the restaurants was totally unacceptable! We had to wait about 40 minutes for a drink, and then another 20-30 minutes for our food. Other table around us were served their food and almost done with their meal by the time we got ours. For the price of things there, we expected better service!

Every year i travel with my family.Everything it's terrible since Westin has left the Diplomat and I will not return back. I had a 7 day stay and I was not pleased nor did they wnother fixing the problem. Instead the over charged me; waste of my money going there. I will be going to Margaritaville next year instead.
