The hotel is clean and nice… but… we were not told you had to ask to have your room cleaned… we were in town for a family funeral and when we got back to our room it was disappointing to see nothing was cleaned up… last night we had to call the front desk twice because of extremely noisy disrespectful guests above us… first call was told they just left pool (@ 10:00pm) and should settle down soon… waited a couple more hours of still very noisy and was told they would go up right away to ask them to quiet down… this still went on until @ 3:30am… we are not happy at all about this especially since we have a 9 hour drive back home… very disappointing

The bathroom has no fan and makes it difficult for more than one person to hzve a shower, the floors are lobe sidded and feels wobbly when you walk

Accomodation Not Recomended
I was staying at this hotel for 2 days with my company in September 2009 and I had to call the health officials after I checked out due to multiple bug bites all over my body. I hoped that they were just mosquito bites but It turned out that all my luggage also got infested with bed bugs. I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff are lazy and were often people in street clothes behind the front desk sitting around talking about the latest cute guest when I needed to ask advise or directions. I now stay at a hotel next door and the staff are always perfessional and helpful

Home away from home
We stayed in brooks for a week in July visiting family. All the staff at the Lakeview Inn & Suites was friendly and welcoming. We rather enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There selection for breakfast was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know staying in the Brooks area.
