Antiquated. Tub leaked. Toilet had issues. No where to plug hair tool close to mirror. Servers not so friendly. Friendliest folks were the housekeeping staff. Beach not nearly as deep as picture...very short. Chose this because owned by Marriott....this is definitely not Marriott quality. Overall...just disappointed...expected better.

Super friendly staff, close to St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown. Met a lot of great people and had great entertainment (Virgo especially) as well as bringing local artists during the day if you want to look at or buy art, souvenirs, etc! Great for both families or couples (we were on honeymoon)!

Very nice beach and close to town. Hot tub was cold , main pool needs to be resurfaced the hotel could use some TLC . We did have a great time and loved the coffee shop great snacks.

Very nice hotel on the beach all inclusive

Pros: Facilities location staff
Cons: Easier transportation to their other hotels
Location: Located in Christ Church near Oistins for fish fries & activities 15 min by cab
3 pools (one for small children) Staff fantastic food good drinks good Can use facilities of other Elegant Hotels chain On east coast as well as water taxi Beach is beautiful water can be rough Most of time Yellow flag so we used west coast Crystal Cove also All inclusive Nightly entertainment fair to good Many Brits Use this facilities as well as newly weds

excellent value for money, all inclusive resort on

Pros: excellent customer service focus on guest satisfaction beautiful grounds numerous facilities variety of food
Cons: nothing
Location: beach could walk to ATM machine and cafés
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this resort July 2016. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and non motorized water sports like kayaking and catamaran sailing for one all inclusive price. There was nightly entertainment that was excellent especially the limbo portion of the performance. The employees are very nice and willing to make your stay perfect. Too many names to recall but here are a few: Chef Kim, Tara, Itere, Raymone, Suzette, Rico, Ross, Janice, Amra (water sports), Darien (water sports), Sharell, Shadika, Chef Garfield and others all ensured that we felt happy and comfortable especially with a vegetarian child who is a very picky eater. This place allows you to relax and unwind and is well worth it!

A Great Place to Vacation!

The Turtle Beach Resort was a delightful surprise! We've just returned from a week at the resort and wish we were still there. It is truly a lovely resort. Our room was spacious and immaculately cleaned everyday.Being an all inclusive resort we were pleasantly surprised at the many nice choices of food and drinks always available. They have everything you could possibly want including two beautiful pools, a large Jacuzzi, a wonderful pristine beach, tennis courts, gifts shops, quality nightly entertainment, children's playground and more... However, the best thing at Turtle Beach is their service personnel! They were not only friendly, pleasant and efficient but went out of their way to make our stay a happy one. On our first day we randomly asked the head waitress if they served flying fish. Taminka asked the chef and we had it the next morning. All the personnel were accommodating. We will definitely be going back to Turtle Beach and will highly recommend it to everyone.

Accomodations were adequate and the staff friendly

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, beautiful beach but rough water
The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
