This was our fourth stay at Sandos Finisterra. They never disappoint! The place is immaculate, service is impeccable. Mario and Fernando, as the pool, were amazing! Fernando at Don Diego, for breakfast, was amazing as well. The food is great, however, the beer is warm, almost undrinkable. If the beer was cold, it would be the perfect resort! We will be back!!

Service was amazing, rooms need updating along with bathrooms. Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t amazing either, breakfast buffet was meh. All employees went above and beyond

We didn’t care for the high pressure sales people, trying to sell us on the time share. There’s no way to avoid them. They have you convinced that it’s part of the check in process.

When the staff from the vacation club offers a guest to show him/her the advantages of being a member of the club, the guest takes part if he wants to and chooses to accept the invitation, so it’s voluntary. We deeply apologize if the staff made you feel like it was an obligation, as almost all guests were members of the program and the ones who sign up day after day, are really the guests who love Sandos, and want to enjoy the benefits of a loyalty program with lots of perks and excellent rates. We loved our room, balcony, location, and view! We thoroughly enjoyed spending the day around the pool and enjoying cocktails. We were very disappointed in the amount of smoking that was permitted all around. While sitting on our balcony we had to endure the stench of someone smoking a cigar. We were really disappointed in the dinners we experienced except for our last one at Don Diego. The ravioli at Emilliano’s was just mediocre. The salad was good. My Panna cotta was like rubber. Agave offered a decent ribeye but it was full of sinu. Once again the Caprese salad was very good. We were extremely disappointed in Tortuga. My sea bass in the red sauce was way over cooked. My husband couldn’t chew the scallops. The orange mousse had no taste; we added sugar to sweeten it. The breakfast buffets and lunches at the Palapa were excellent. We didn’t send our meals back because we weren’t interested in more of the same and didn’t want to cause a scene. We’d love to return to Sandos but we might have to restrict our dinners to Don Diego. The staff and grounds are excellent. The location is great!

Dear guest, First and foremost, we want to thank you for taking the time to leave us your personal opinion about our services. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the time in your balcony with our amazing and unique ocean view, as well as the great time in our pools. On the other hand, we are sorry to know that other smokers did not respect the non-smoking signs and the non-smoking rooms we have. On the balconies and in public areas, in Mexico, it is still allowed to smoke. At the moment we are working in public areas, before official regulations are in place, to separate smokers from people who do not want to be bothered by any smoke. Shortly we will be having designated smoking areas at our pools and also on the seventh floor, where it will be allowed to smoke, and we will restrict people from smoking in the pools and close to restaurants, Also, we are disappointed and apologize for not covering your food expectations during dinner in some of our restaurants. Our kitchen staff received your comments and we appreciate your feedback to improve our services. Once again, thank you for sharing your opinion with us. Best regards.
