I like that she offered to move us to a different room but didnt enclude what we paud for! Cons- where to start room seems to be under construction! Room reaked of cigarettes(not a smoking room) also placed next to smoking rooms which smelt up he whole floor of weed and cigarettes! Used complementary shampoos ext all used and not replaced for us! Stain on bed sheets, lamp shades and couches! Big dent/ crack in jacuzzi! And wasnt offered refund due to use going through travelocity (not a great night spemt after wedding day)
