The only real issue I have is the $300 deposit on debit. I realize it will be returned upon check out, but what would have happened had I not had the $300? Also , the area around the hotel is rough, but I did some research and was expecting it. There was, however, no mention of a $300 deposit. If you must have the deposit money, I understand. My only suggestion is that you make the deposit amount clear during the booking process. Other than that, the hotel is reasonably clean and the staff have been quite pleasant.
