The property was good and the location was great. The check in process is a mess. It took forever with very long lines. The lines went very slowly because even the kiosks took a long time. Having people pay to check in early is ridiculous. If you have the rooms ready, just let them check in. That will reduce the wait times for everyone.

The hotel is beautiful and there is everything to do inside. Nice restaurants and casino. We just wish the windows were not so dirty so we could enjoy the beautiful tower that was outside from our window. Overall we enjoyed our stay
