Such a great experience all the way around. Front desk staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They offer discounts to some local restaurants, and had free beach cruiser bicycles and helmets to loan out for free to guests.
The room was very clean and comfortable, the cleaning staff were very polite and helpful and brought us bath bombs and extra bubbles for the jetted tub. When we came in from outside, the staff were vacuuming the hallways, and it smelled nice and clean.
And when our outside activities were cut short due to all the ash and smoke in the air from the Caldor fire, we grabbed a bottle of wine to enjoy in the room. A quick call to the front, and they happily brought us wine glasses and a bottle opener.
Oh, and the bed was super comfy too!!
Overall we had a great experience and we are already planning to stay here again!

This was a terrific property with really friendly staff. It was a travel night so we enjoyed hanging out in the nicely appointed lobby.
We really appreciate Travelocity for being able to find a properties we can rely on.

When I travel I just need a bed. But once in awhile it’s nice to stay in a nice place. This is a nice place.

Property location was good. Room condition overall was mediocre. The first room we were assigned had standing water in the bathroom and significant unfinished patches on the ceiling with signs of prior water leaks. Service to move us to a second room was very quick and efficient. The second room we were assigned the door latch didn't lock correctly, it had to be forced shut and the deadbolt would stick making it difficult to unlock, there were also significant ceiling patches that were unfinished. Other that that the room was in clean condition. Hotel staff at the front desk wore masks consistently. Some staff did not mask while in the hallways and not in uniform while supporting the masked housekeeping staff (e.g. delivering extra towels to rooms). The pipes in the building howled when the surrounding rooms used the tub or showers. TV had to be turned up very loud to hear over the water pipes and late night showers or tub use in surrounding rooms kept us awake.

The hotel is located right in the middle of town which is super convenient for going out late at night. we thought it was a cabin from the description but it's more like a theme hotel. very cute and very sexy. highly recommend for a sexy stay.
There's a coffee shop/cafe on site. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Tour/ticket assistance, a vending machine, and a garden are also featured at POSTMARC Hotel and Spa Suites. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this South Lake Tahoe hotel.
