Very Nicely Located

Pros: Staff was great. I had a nice chat with the maintenance man on the elevator. I complimented him on the care and attention to the small details.
Cons: Not much
Location: Great location, walk to a great choice of great restaurants, attention to the small things that make it comfortable
It was very easy to find a very good restaurant within very easy walking distance. The hotel is older but very well maintained with excellent service. Very clean. Breakfast is far ahead of the usual.

AWFUL... Is the only word I can say!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, free parking
Cons: Poor breakfast, customer service, clean
First of, check in was a disaster. The 2 agents were talking badly about the management of the hotel. They spoke to each other as if I weren’t there. It made me fell very uncomfortable. Once I got to my room, it seemed clean, until I noticed all the hairs over the bed. There was a left over pizza box in the drawer; it had seemed no one had cleaned my room. When I left for dinner, I told the lady at the front desk, she said she would get the “laundry person” to refresh my bed. The morning I went to the café for my complimentary breakfast. It was a joke. I was meant by a lady who didn’t speak English very well and couldn’t help me with my food allergies. She said she had no idea of what ingredients were in the food, said I am server, no cook here. She that the manager wouldn’t know either, one of the other ladies laughed and said yeah…”Mike” is stupid. Overall, I thought the moral of this hotel was horrible. Everyone seemed to hate working there and it was evident in the little work they were doing. My option would be to stay at a different hotel. It wasn’t worth the money to stay in a hotel that was completely sad.

Loved this Hotel

I have enjoyed myself everytime I have stayed at the Radisson. This is my choice place to stay alone or with my family. The staff are very helpful and assisted me with directions and questions about things my family could do while there. I usually stay in one of their rooms with two queens but this time I occupied one of their suites, great room. The staff are always welcoming and everyone goes out of their way to make my familys stay quite enjoyable. I really enjoy their pool and fitness facitlity. My family loves to Shop and they directed us to a great big mall a block away, and what was beneficial is by the time we had experienced all our outings we really did not want to go far for dinner, the charcoals steakhouse is right there really helpful and next time I go I want to try del something del dante I think hear its great. Great trip to Kitchener

Great for a shopping getaway

We went to get away from the kids and do some shopping. Was walking distance to the Fairview Park Mall. Ordered in room service which was wonderful. Sleep number bed was the best sleep i have ever had in a hotel. Will be returning for sure

Completely Dissatisfied

Did not get the room I reserved with king bed and sleep number bed and no feathers (I?m allergic). Floor and curtains were stained. Maintenance barged into my room unannounced and told me I could not use the bathroom for 3 hrs. My anniversary weekend was ruined. I would never go to this hotel again; I was treated badly and did not get my money?s worth. I regret my stay at Radisson.
