I was told that it was 100 dollar deposit when i book the room when i got there to pay for it it was a 250$ deposit whitch i wasnt paying so there was no listening to what i had to say and that i was told that it was only 100 depost but the laddy at the counter was rude and qouldnt listen to anything u was saying so i ended up going to london for the weekend

I am very sorry that there was miscommunication regarding our check in policies. Guests arriving and using a valid credit card for payment do have a $100 hold put on the card for any incidentals, however if arriving and paying with cash or debit card our company does require a $250 deposit for incidentals and damages. This is returned upon checkout. I am sorry that this impacted your stay and hope that we can accommodate you in the future.

Just okay; not great.

Pros: They had a bar.
Cons: More room in the breakfast area, for both getting food and for seating.
Location: It was nice to be near St. Jacobs.
The breakfast was nothing special and it was hard to find a table for the three of us to eat.
