"I thought the toilet paper could have been a higher quality, the coffee in the room was terrible and I do think coffee should have been provided free in the lobby."

"We chose this hotel for it’s balcony over looking the water. The picture showed for the River view an island with trees. Looked like a nice quiet and relaxing place to be. When we got to our room and opened the curtains we had a construction site in front of us instead of the nice trees. We know construction is important but at check in we should have been told this. We went back to the front desk to see if we could move rooms. Of course the hotel was booked according the person who checked us in. Not sure if he actually looked. He told us that the construction would stop around 4:00. I am guessing for him the construction stopped at 4:00 because he went home but for the rest of us the constitution went 24 hrs a day. It wasn’t as loud at night but nevertheless we could still hear the construction when we tried to have a quiet glass of wine on our balcony. We paid the same amount as everyone else. The least he could have done was given us our parking for free or even an apology for the noise. He didn’t even apologize. He just shrugged his shoulder and said it would stop soon. We would still stay at this hotel. It is really nice but will not stay in the River side. "
