We were pleased to serve as the host for your romantic retreat and we are happy to hear that our central address served you well for exploring our neighboring Galleria restaurants and shops. Guest reviews provide us endless value as we also like to know where opportunity may exist for further impressing. We wish to extend our apologies for the condition of the pool, and we regret if our explanation on the adaptions to housekeeping service were not fully detailed. Given the pandemic, like many hotels, we have paused daily housekeeping service for our stayover guests, though we are pleased to drop fresh linens or other necessities upon request.
