Property is great. Loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Love the kitchen. Customary service is excellent, very welcoming. Definitely staying here next time I’m in Honolulu!!

Great location! Older place, but rooms were in good order. Unfortunately, loud air conditioning unit and the rattling elevator next to our room didn't provide very good sleep.

Older than expected. Repair were beibg completed during my stay, on my floor. Not cool at all. I ahould have been advised accordingly.

We could not tolerate the stifling heat in the non air conditioned which my son John recorded at 98 degrees. We move out to the aqua palms Waikiki. I will be disputing the hotel portion your fees with my credit card company .. I am demanding repay ment of my charges from thr Aqua Palms Waikiki

The stay was very good and pleasant. I was just surprised that we had to pay additional funds to the hotel stay for the parking which was 20.00 extra per day and another 25.00 per day for the use of television, complimentary etc. That was my surprise. I think having it added along with the hotel will be more open to actually see the total cost to reserve.
