I was really impressed with the staff of the resort and in particular Cheryl on the front desk who was amazing. She was charming, friendly and sociable while always remaining professional. Additionally, she was quick to address any perceived problem and do what she could to fix it on the spot.
I also enjoyed the onsite restaurant which had Indian cuisine. The hostess Veronica was a delightful person and I was particularly impressed with a waiter Riccardo for going the extra mile.
I was not totally impressed with the garden view cottages basically because of the distance from the main lobby and pool area which was a bit of a challenge for someone my age with my limited mobility. On the other hand I could appreciate the quiet and the privacy of the cottages.

Worst place to stay in Barbados it was so terrible getting a simple thing as a towel was like pulling teeth I would not recommend this place to no one

We liked nothing, not even the breakfast, when my family and i checked in there was a roach in the room and ants on the pillow case.
The pics online are 35% true.
Would not recomend it.

While we have a comprehensive pest control program, please bear in mind that we are in the tropics and if the windows or doors are left open there is the possibility for insects to enter. The photos posted on our website are 100% accurate.

Great Hotel will recomend it
The Europa is good for family or groups its a full size apt villa with nice size bedroom I really like the windows in every room I will like to see better bedcovers overall the staff is really nice and the villa were very clean I also recommend you carry your own towels they were really old.

Trip to Barbados
The hotel stay was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and treated everyone like family. Upon my arrival they greeted me by my name and welcomed me with a complimentary drink. The grounds and the rooms very well maintained. The added spice to the trip was having the green monkeys coming on the grounds every morning for their daily bananas. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with families extra large rooms with kitchen and utensil equipped.
