The staff were very friendly and helpful. The half wall window in our room was very dirty- hard to enjoy the view. Little bugs were gathered outside at top of window but renegades were sneaking in. Missed having a window to open.

I really like the convenient location to downtown Hilo; ie. walking distance. I enjoyed kayaking at the beach front.

1. Parking lot is far from the hotel, except the valet parking. 2. No room service in the first day. Have to request clean towels and shampoo on the second day.
