Cozy Private Suite in the heart of Downtown Hamilton

The suite is thoroughly sanatized and disinfected between every guest.
Relax in this cozy, self-contained 2-bedroom suite, with 2 queen-size beds. Fresh, line dried linens welcome you. Relax on the front porch watching the sun rise with your coffee or tea; then again watching the sun set in the evening with your favourite beverage and snacks. The newly-upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender, mixer etc.
Included in the cost of your reservation:
- A one time cleaning fee (including all linens and towels provided upon check in)
- Basic breakfast foods - fresh fruit bowl, cereal, bread or croissants, eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, sugar +++
Services provided at an extra cost:
- Food preparation
- Additional cleaning during your stay
- Laundry service (beyond all the linens and towels provided upon check in and included in your reservation)
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Just a few housekeeping items you might want to be aware of.

The front door is set to lock from the outside automatically when the door is closed. If you turn the lock it will not be locked from the outside. Please be sure that it is locked when you go out and upon check out. If you use the deadbolt above you need to unlock it manually when leaving the suite.

The barn door off the back owl bedroom is an emergency exit only. The workshop beyond is not part of the BnB suite you have rented. The exterior back door from the workshop is locked from the outside so your unit is secure but you can exit from there in an emergency.

If you open the windows, please be sure to close them if you go out in case it rains. Also, be sure that all the taps, stove, oven and lights are turned off when not in use.

When in season, there are many herbs and vegetables growing in the front garden and planter at the end of the front porch. Help yourself to any that are ready for harvest. There are also vegetables growing in the back yard which I can harvest for you upon request.

Many raccoons live in the area and can be a nuisance if smelly food items are put in the outside garbage. To discourage their visits I ask that you put any organic waste in the compost bin in the freezer until it is collected on Monday mornings.

Please no smoking, burning incense etc. in the unit. There is an ashtray on the front porch table where you can sit and smoke. Also, please refrain from burning incense using products that will leave a scent behind.

Should you need more deck chairs, linens, pantry items etc. please just text or call the number in the welcome card in the suite.

Breakfast items are supplied but the breakfast meal is not prepared. Feel free to give me your breakfast preferences and I will make every effort to have the food available for you.
