My daughter and I both have a random 30$ charge to our debit cards by the hotel and the person at the front desk can’t tell us where they come from or why we were charged the 30$ fee. My card got charged the 30$ at 12:23 am and I was not even in my hotel room.

The lighting in the room was inadequate. When I first entered it was pitch black and the entry light did not produce enough glow to see how to turn the other lights on. I stumbled for several minutes. Worse was the bathroom lighting. There is a light above the toilet and shower but not the vanity. It was difficult to apply make-up as only half my face was illuminated. The vanity mirror has faint boutique tube lighting but this does nothing to actually see the face. In addition, there is no light above the coffee maker nook. I had to bring the coffee maker into the bathroom in order to read the instructions. The fitness room is tiny. With more than two people inside, it feels crowded. Both mornings I went, there were no cups for The pool has a huge slide but the pool itself is small and not for swimming. At 10:30am on the morning of my checkout, I received a knock at the door and before I could answer it, a male employee entered my room. He said he thought the room had been checked out. I told him it had not. He didn’t apologize and left. I don’t feel this was proper procedure.
