The property was filty. The carpets were stained. They had no elevator just stars. They cards to get into the room were broken. The halls spelled like curry. We checked in a 5 pm and check out at 10 p.m. the same day and they wouldn't refund us one day, because we just couldn't stay in that environment. The tub was scary

I knew the property wasn't "five star", that's why I booked it. But the noise level from other people was totally unacceptable! From banging doors during the hours of 10 PM to midnight, to loud talking in the hallway, to incessant knocking on adjacent doors!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did call the front desk and they did send someone up to address the noise but as soon as they left it resumed. If it hadn't been for that I would have enjoyed the accommodation.

Great stay

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a good value accomodation in Edmonton. And the location is excellent.

not very good

for one the train is enough to drive anyone crazy.. also it is listed that they have a pool and THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE!!!!! the door of our hotel room didnt seal properly so it was really loud got no sleep.... NEVER WILL GO BACK HERE!!!!
