Do not trust this hotel with your credit card. I've had 5 days of pure stress after my checkout due to unauthorized transactions. I'm told a refund is on the way. I prepaid through Expedia and the hotel decided to charge my card for the room again after I checked out. They also ran a pre-auth of $562 after telling me it was a $100 damage deposit. Absolute terrible experience. I definitely will not be back.
