Booked this hotel because there was a pool and free breakfast. I even paid a little extra to get breakfast. Upon checking in we were advised right away that there is no free breakfast anymore which is so disappointing. Also, the pool was very small and it was cold. My kids didn’t even last 30 mins. Although the cups are also individually wrapped, I found hair in between. The TV remote was also hard to operate. Will never stay here again.

The room that was assigned to us upon check in was not a room that was anticipated after viewing the hotel pictures on Travelocity. The room we were given was dated, and smelled old, like mould. The room was due for some much needed updates. I.e carpets, popcorn stucco ceilings, general updates. There was also 2 brick walls, which would have been a nice feature with modern updates. Since the hotel was “fully booked”, the front desk agent could not accommodate us with a different room.
