"We stayed at The Westin Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time! It was all due to the staff; from the reception staff, cleaning crew, restaurant crew, the amenities crew, lifeguard, even the nice people reminding the guest to wear their mask, they were always extremely friendly and helpful. I had my concerns about COVID protocols, but the staff at this hotel made me feel comfortable; they were all wearing their masks at all times, the rooms, pools and all public areas were constantly sanitized. The room itself was a bit old, but clean and comfortable, but the best asset this hotel has is the staff, I hope they are paid well because they are one of the reasons we would be coming back."
