"Overall the hotel itself was really nice and luxurious. However the staff, food, and activities to do within the hotel sucked !!!!!!! Staff was rude, and didn’t communicate with us. We’d ask questions, and they each had a different answer. For example, we were told we didn’t need reservations for dinner, but on our second night, they said we needed them and we couldn’t get a table because of it - happened multiple times. Food was regular, not what we expected. Only 2 restaurants were open a night, we went because there was a variety of restaurants on the website but none were open. Activities were VERY expensive within the hotel, and there was nothing to do at the hotel. No music, no dancing, no games, NOTHING ! The excuse was “COVID” which I totally understand, but for a restaurant they’d fill it up with people sitting next to one another not following COVID guidelines. What does music have to do with Covid? It was just silent, and boring and very lonely. The hotel was super empty, and a lot of others complained. We had high expectations for this hotel but we were disappointed each day we were there. It’s like false advertisement, they want you to pay everything and then don’t say anything until you get to the hotel so you practically waste your money. "
