Check in was terrible. Staff was nice but one person on. Sat in a chair for almost 25 minutes waiting for one couple to get through the process.

Great place to stay!

Pros: Room was great! Studio style had all you needed for a great stay. Hot Tub and amenities were clean and well maintained. Great facility!
Cons: The 'beep' in the elevator as the elevator is very loud. I understand why it's there but could be turned down a notch or two!
Location: Nice walkway along the river. Locals restaurant was awesome! Mickey D's across the street. On a main connector to everything.
A great place to stay! Great guest experience and even if it was not the employees 'job' they had a 'can do' attitude and ensured warm hand off to someone who could help. Huge gratitude piece that made you feel valued, significant, and connected. Will stay again...

The front desk staff were excellent--very friendly and courteous A wonderfull hotel.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, pool & hot tub
A lovely place to say. A quiet place. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. Newspapers available at the front desk. Very courteous housekeeping staff. Vanessa at the front desk is terrific. Each suite has full supplies in the kitchen and a very comfortable living room with fireplace and T.V. Also T.V. in the bedroom. King size bed is wonderful.

The heating in the room was not working adequately. The room was very hot even with no heat on. I appreciate it when a hotel has a variety of pillows - one big one and one thinner.

Very nice

We stayed at the Old House in May 2010 for 8 days. Having a washer and dryer in our room was very handy for the lengthy stay as well as the full kitchen. The room was beautiful. Perfect location...in walking distance to all amenities. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended and we will be staying again. My only recommendation to the hotel would be to add more equipment in the gym!!

Lots of Potential; Disappointing

This lovely facility continues to have problems with its service offerings. High speed internet connectivity is frequently not available; front desk seems apathetic to this situation. It took the management over five years to purchase a caddy for luggage because the owners could not reach consensus on the style. Come prepared to serve yourself because no one offers to assist with luggage. When I asked for an ice bucket, there was only one available! These people really need to become more customer-focused before competitors sweep them off the map.
