The hallway smelled like urine, the paint was peeling from the walls and the tub was dirty. It looked like someone had sat down on the bed before we checked in. The walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors arguing, crying and throwing up all night long.

Hmm, not the kind of experience we would like you to have. We will follow up with housekeeping to ensure our - and your - standards are met better. We're sorry for the disturbance and noise of New Year's Eve revelers, not what we had expected of our guests.
