The room was not that clean, no towels in the room, the television did not work, the phone did not work, it beeped all night long as well. Could've done way better for the price.

Pool and exercise facilities are exceptional. Despite requesting early check in, our room was t ready until almost 5 pm (3 pm is standard). Sadly lost 1/2 day of our trip

Considering due to COVID properties are supposed to be taking extra cleaning measures it seemed like this location wasn’t even doing the bare minimum cleaning. The hallways and elevator looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed since COVID started. The rooms has visible signs in of being poorly maintained (stains, etc) and just felt unclean all around. Even our balcony had trash on it, a juice container that looked like it had been there for well over a year. When we checked in the woman at the front seemed highly inconvenienced by literally any question. I would recommend steering clear of this hotel, especially with so many options in the area. It’s also on a portion off of Wacker drive that is impossible for ride shares to find due to the upper/lower decks and GPS often confuses them further.

I did not like being charged the “resort” fee even though we were unable to use the services. If it is a charge for everyone, then include it in the price of the room. As it is, it seems like it is optional similar to parking. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay. But because of the “resort” fee, I would not stay again nor would I recommend the hotel to anyone. There are too many other options.
