The lines to get to security clearance were ridiculous. The closest was for Nexus only (so long that you couldn't tell which line was the correct one). THEN I was directed to go "down there" but the first line was a poorly defined special needs and family checkin, THEN the final correct line was right next to it without any discernible difference. THe Nexus line had an attendant calling, "Nexus?", not if you have Nexus this is the correct line, if not, go to line "C" . Huge waste of time for everyone as it slowed the Nexus people as well.
