Good experience with Delta
Usually have a good experience with WestJet.
The only negative I can say was that our flight was delayed leaving Cancun and we weren’t given any information or warning about the delay.
It was one of WestJet’s older planes. The newer ones provide a bit more room and better entertainment.
No place to charge phones, no televisions, no idea I could have downloaded an app to watch movies until I was already on the plane and it was too late, not even offered a snack like peanuts or pretzels. Flight attendant in economy class was amazing.
Full flight, and shortened to make up for time loss earlier. Just pretzels, cookies and drinks
Everything was easy.
Requested a wheelchair and received amazing help from the Air Canada staff.
It'll be nice when you can offer gluten free snacks.
