This was the 5th time I have stayed at Krystal Grand Cancun Hotel and as always extremely pleased with the location, service, rooms and comfort provided. One small item, either early in the mornings or, sometimes, in the afternoon there is "sewer" type smell that is either the water or from the sink drain. This could be resolved with treating ALL the bathroom drains in the Hotel with either bleach or other disinfectant liquid. Guests should ALWASYS give tips to the servers and staff, they make the minimum and in reality do NOT get $$$ from the Hotel, they are paid the minimum wage period.

The rooms were clean and very nice looking. However the staff was horrible, not so friendly or engaging at all. Only staff member that was very nice and polite and professional was a bell boy named Ignacio
