I recently celebrated my birthday here and it was the best vacation I have ever had. The grounds were amazing from the swim up pool to the ocean surrounding me on both sides. The staff was amazing too. When I arrived I was immediately greeted with a drink and a room upgrade they really rolled out the welcome mat. Every night at 8:30 there was an amazing show and I could go on and on about how wonderful my experience was and give it my highest recommendation. Some noteworthy staff to mention in no particular order: Oliver, and Oscar from Gulf Beach Side, Alejandro and Christian from Dip and Sips. Marcela from the morning buffet. Andrea from the front desk, and of course Carmela from Tres Cerveso bar. Thanks to all for making this vacation so special.

This is an exceptional all inclusive! Easy check-in, clean rooms and beautiful grounds. The views were perfect. The staff is the absolute best we’ve experienced. Check-in was easy. Food was great! We will return and with our kids next time. We definitely want them to experience this place. I highly recommend this resort!

Good location, the food was disappointing. Our first meal at tradewinds we were advised by our server to try at steak knife on our dessert and warned not to bite it directly... it was an ice cream sandwich...The Asian restaurant served a Som thom made with ripened papaya served in large chunks. Completely wrong flavor profile and texture. Overall we tried finding a restaurant we would actually pay money for but we did not at the resort. We did enjoy a restaurant outside of the resort. We stayed at the club level, the drinks were ok but same as the outside.. no real difference than general level. Staff was friendly. We had stayed at other all inclusive with much better dining. Location and beach are beautiful but overall overpriced

Just ok.some bellboy not friendly.Stayed for a week, not as good as the comment said. He showed me his face on the first day of stay, which affected my mood.

Property, service, staff, room, food, drinks and beach was awsome!! Towards the weekend though only thing is harder to find seats by the pool as ppl reserve their spot with towels but never use the seats.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Ziva! They have 8 restaurants on site that don't require reservations (most all inclusive hotels do!) Overall friendly staff, high quality food, and top shelf liquor! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun
