Overall okay, enough space and pools for everyone. I wouldn’t stay again though, reasons: all - inclusive is very basic. You will have a very limited selection compared to other Hotels (foods & drinks) They also charge for every service (delivery food) also every extra person in the room…. Food was not the best, basic appetizers. Best time to eat was breakfast. They due lack with service in the pool areas or beach. So you’ll end up getting your own drinks or food. They where also working in the building from 8am - 7pm. Which was super loud an annoying. Out of 5 stars I would give this hotel a 3

Whole experience at the Emporio was mediocre. Food was terrible and the bedding was dirty. Bar staff was the best part of the Hotel.

The resort is beautiful, clean and the staff are wonderful. The staff followed all COVID-19 procedures to make sure you’re safe.

The hotel and the views are very beautiful. Food service and buffets are great. Hotel is clean and staff are very attentive. My only issue was that the housekeeping service was not the best. They didn't clean the floors often and they also took our towels a couple times and forgot to give clean ones. I didn't notice until already in the shower. Also one time they didn't appear to have cleaned anything at all. The room was exactly as I left it but my housekeeping tip was gone and the sign on the door was put inside so I know they came in. The coffee machine also doesn't appear to be cleaned often. I always run the coffee with hot water first in hotels and it was dirty water each time before I made the coffee. The paper coasters for the coffees also didn't look changed in a long time. I only used one coaster all week and literally all of them were coffee stained I'm assuming from previous guests. My parents had some stomach pains after drinking the coffee a couple times and it kept them up all night going to the bathroom in turns. Because of Covid they didn't touch or clean our personal belongings which I am okay with but I guess I figured they'd take more care to clean the rest of the rooms. It just felt like they didn't care for anything aside from pushing the mask mandate. Other than that, the hotel was amazing and the other services were above and beyond. Just a minor inconvenience with the housekeeping.

The pictures and description do not do this place justice. This resort is incredibly beautiful and the staff are so helpful. There is a bar on the beach with swings, a pool with an amazing view and dive bar. There is another bar/restaurant with a pool table and excellent food. There is 2 additional restaurants, buffet, and bar as well as 24/7 room service. When we arrived, they took our bags, sanitized them, and brought them to our room. The room is clean and very modern. There is a gas station “oxxo” a minute (if that) walk from the hotel and taxis waiting to take you anywhere. The food was amazing, there was a huge drink menu of delicious cocktails and shots. They also offer massages on the beach and have jet skis for rent right on the beach. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! I can’t believe the price for how amazing this place is.

Property was beautiful and rooms were very clean and nice. Good location, not far from the airport. Only thing i would change is better quality food at the buffet. There were a few good options for each meal. The one restaraunt for sit down meals was excellent but they need another one. There was construction going on on the resort but really didn't bother me at all. Overall I'd give it a 9/10!!
