Customer service was fantastic! The Kids Club was so so. Food was pretty good, comparable to other all inclusive resorts. Unfortunately the seaweed took over the beaches and the water was brown at the shore. Not something the resort can control but will plan around that next time.

The property was large and spacious as well as the rooms. Overall very clean facility. The air conditioning in a few areas could be a little stronger.

Nice resort, clean and well staffed. Shout out to Enrique in the Mexican restaurant. He was amazing and he was the highlight of our stay at Dreams. the meals and service he provided was beyond exceptional.

Great Trip!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days the last week of Feb 2018. We had a great time. No complaints. Food was good - Mexican Restaurant was our favorite but others were very good. Buffet for lunch was just so-so. Nachos and hotdogs by the pool were nice to have. Nice large beach. Service from staff was excellent. Check in easy. Short walk to anything in the resort. We are planning our next trip!
