NEEDS area conditioning, the rooms are small, and very hot! There was NO blow dryer. No luggage rack. I did like the "yard" area, and the ocean front. What didn't like is that when I walked around to go to the ocean I felt like I was invading there personal private space for the ground floor people, maybe a more direct path so if you do go around that it feels respectful of others. Also, maybe you could offer a small fire package, you can provide for a small beach fire? Just a thought.
