Not enough pillows, not enough towels, no ice bucket, night stand between the beds was pulled out from the wall and phone was inside the nightstand cupboard. Microwave was filthy inside. Room was quite small. We were given a different room which was nice. The new room TV box didnt show the display properly so you couldnt see the time or channel properly. We had to move the extra towels and pillows from the old room to the new room ourselves. The AC was very loud. The door would stick in the morning and it was difficult to open and close it.

Very bad night!

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor! There were kids running up and down the hallway most of the night. The bathtub area was falling apart. Huge water stains on the ceiling.
