      Do not book here. The prices are cheap but the customer service is atrocious. The front desk made it seem like he was doing a favour for me by allowing me to book the room I did, when it wasn't clear that I had to book a pet specific room. He was very condescending about this and spoke to me like I was essentially a simpleton. Then he said they recently changed their policy on only taking credit cards for deposits and nothing else, but did not update it on Expedia or clearly intend to update it. The only option he gave me was to pay the deposit via debit card but he was going to charge me $10 extra to use the debit machine, whereas it wouldn't have cost anything to use a credit card in this same machine. He had no explanation for why he was going to charge me $10, and thus seemed like he was trying to scam me and pocket the $10 himself since it wasn't refundable.
