This hotel is in a good location which is close to a few retail superstores. Only thing I want to comment is that we had 3 adults and when we booked this hotel on travelocity.ca it said the breakfast would be included. What ended up was that by default only 2 people of 3 got free breakfast if it's booked through third party agent, and the third person would need to pay for the breakfast. This doesn't make sense, and staff fixed this for us. But this is a hassle and should be fixed through travelocity.ca.

They always give people with dogs the worst rooms. The room was not clean and certainly was not covid prepared. The counters and faucets with dirty. I had to wipe everything. The room was tiny and carpet terrible. There were stairs to the room which made it very awkward. (no elevator) However, the front desk were super helpful and the shuttle service the same.

I had phoned days ago that I would be arriving late from US. Was told to find post outside then call for shuttle. Arrived at post at 9:50. Took many calls before it connected. Then was told shuttle would be there at 11:15 !!!!!
