No breakfast as advertised but if you ask for it they said they will pack one for you. This hotel room has a fridge and microwave, comfortable beds, nice comfortable room with wall paper and nice decor. Bathroom sick is in the entryway so a little short on room. Very good value at the price.

We were traveling across the country relocating to Massachusetts. We checked in late and front desk staff was very professional. Got to the room and it was a mess! The bed was made but it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks! They was a pair of men’s pants left wadded up in the closet. We were so exhausted from driving 16 hours that day and decided to try and sleep for a few hours until we turned down the bed and noticed dirty sheets. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The gentleman at the front desk came to our room, took pictures, apologized then gave us another room. He ensured us that the manager was aware and although we booked through a “third party”, he would make it right. We change rooms but notice immediately that the new room was better but not much. There were nail clippings on the floor and what looked like blood splattered on the wall by the sink. We slept for a few hours, on top of the bedding, then checked out by 4 am. I emailed the hotel the next day and never heard a word back.

Third stay there and will be the last. Has gone downhill in cleanliness and facility maintenance. Some of the staff really seem to care but the owners don't appear to. Room was not clean, door lock broke which locked us in the room, ceiling in bathroom had water damage. Breakfast was good though!

Comfortable as usual. The washbasin was in the room, not the bathroom, A bit unusual but ok for a family setting.

There was a foul odor in the stairway. The odor was also in the workout room. When we got to our room we discovered a cat paw print on the bed. We also had two other rooms that other family members were staying in. We had to ask to be moved out of one of them because there was an odor that smelled like a dead mouse as soon as you walked through the door along with allergy issues because they allow pets, which we didn't realize. In the new room the desk chair had the fake leather peeling off it. One of the maids brought her 6 kids to work and they sat in one of the empty rooms eating snacks on the beds while watching tv. When the kids walked around with no shoes the bottom of their feet turned black! The public bathroom by the lobby was out of order. When they serviced the room they would take some our dirty linens and not replace any them. They didn't take our dirty washcloths in the shower the whole time. The last day of our stay the only thing they did to clean the room was to tuck the shower curtain behind the bar in the shower to make it look like they did something. They didn't even make the beds! We also waited over an hour for more toilet paper before just taking it off the maid cart ourselves. There was a fridge in our room, however it was not cold enough to keep anything cool. Our air conditiiner was set on 60 and we were lucky if the room got down to 70 the whole time we were there. When looking at the air filter in the room we know why. It was CAKED in dirt!
