The hotel as a whole was just so warming and friendly. The room I stayed in was very clean with very nice decorations and ample towels and toiletries.

The parking is great, the bathroom was clean, and I was surprised at the great breakfast, which saved me time as I did not have to go somewhere else for that. I appreciated that the doors opened automatically when I was walking in and out with luggage. The carpeted floors were not that clean, including trash which had not been picked up from the floor, which I told the staff about the next morning. They apologized nicely and pointed out that I should have called the front desk, even though it was very late when I came in. Which is true, but the reason I did not was staff on desk. The beds were both quite worn with soft "craters" in the middle. Survived all that. The very worst thing though was the check-in experience. I arrived pretty late, between 11:30 and midnight. The clerk was extremely rude to the gentleman ahead me. Then to me. Then to an older lady who was coming in and had been waiting. He treated every question asked with scorn, as though he was too lazy to answer it, or the questioner should already know the answer, or as though the customer was stupid. It seemed like maybe he was angry to busy admitting guests at that hour and wanted to be out back goofing off. His appearance was a little questionable also for a customer-facing position, he had huge swaths of jet black hair from his ear canals down his ear lobes. Never seen anything like that. Anyway, that's the smaller issue. His absolute rudeness and complete lack of customer service basics were severe.

Check out manager called my husband a shithead after he asked twice about box breakfast we were told wku Would be ready ffor our early departure.

Needed a room and cheapest I could find at $300 per night. Stuck at Logan airport because of flight cancellation. Room smelled like stinky feet and a boys locker room. Bed was clean and we were able to sleep.
