We had to leave before the boxed breakfast was ready, so we did not get breakfast. The room was clean, but it was missing linens for the sofa bed and the in room coffee did not work. Our room was one door down from the elevator and people getting off the elevator as late as 2:30 am were quite loud.

I’ve stayed here on several occasions. The first time there were no issues, I was there on business and in and out. The second time I stayed there was for leisure and location. So when I checked into my room I dropped my luggage, showered and hit the town. Staff was courteous and was very helpful. Well, when I returned later that evening I went to watch t.v in the living room area only to keep stepping on dog food pebbles. I’d pick up a couple only to find them all over that part of the hotel room. I got frustrated and finally went to my bed, because I was tired and didn’t feel like having housekeeping come to my room that late to clean my room. I didn’t mention in the morning to the front desk and she apologized and sent someone up to clean it...hmmmm. She explained to me there are no pets allowed unless they’re service animals. Anyway, I don’t complain about much. So yesterday, I checked in and after traveling all day I needed to shower myself and daughter but there was no hot water. I called the front desk and they sent the engineer up to assist me with the pipe. After about 15 minutes the water got warmer but not hot. I showered my daughter anyway and get her out. I then continued to shower myself in the lukewarm water. I get out and my daughter brings to my attention that there’s something chocolate that is half eaten in the refrigerator. No joke. Went to shower this morning and again no hot water. Had to travel all day unbathed. Very unhappy with this situation.
