Didnt get the room i was promised. Ordered a king deluxe and ended up with 2 full beds. Very overpriced and staff refused to do anything about it. Pool closed at 830pm which is strange and breakfast wasnt included. Also, the room smelt like body odor when we first walked in. Unprofessional. Wont be coming back.

Service was great.. coffee pot broken... very dusty.. TV dusty.. vents in bathroom and light fixtures etc were very dirty. These are items we look at due to allergies!! The pool and hotel was great and the water park was a nice surprise when we walked around hotel. When I booked i was not aware of the gameroom or waterpark

They are the only nearby eating and bar facility. Staff good bad bad setup, overworked kitchen and NO effective management. Big minus. Bad on-site management. Bartenders were retrieving food--no runners. They lost money because people walked out and sent food back. Terrible crab cakes in a fishing region.

The last time I stayed I gave a poor review because of the way my mother had been treated. I must say that this time our experience was absolutely superb!!! We had a fantastic time and my mother felt like a queen!! Thanks so much to the outstanding staff!!

Bathroom had a dirty towel with 2 dirty bandaids stuck to them it was folded as if it was clean not used..I called room service, they replaced the towel. Their answer was the early shift is responsible.. no apologies.. worst customer service..
