    ould be better

    Checking in was terrible. The desk help was slow and the computer's were down. There is also with sucky policy of taking $60.00 a day for insidentals up front....Were never advised that in order to get room made up we had to make a request the night before or early that morning. We slept in the next day and when we came back at 4:00PM the room was not made up. When we asked for someone the make it up they sent a guy up who told us we has to clean the room, dump the trash etc. That he could not enter the room with us there. We offered to leave and he still wouldn't do any work
