This is the Best Hotel i ever been in the US. They staff is so excellent the way they treat customers. They are nice, they offer solutions to any situation you might arise. Always willing to help with great attitude and kindness. I would definitely return to any CitizenM hotel not only for the amenities, beautiful and modern rooms but specially for the Human being. Rooms are exactly us picture. the Hotel decoration and view is amazing. The location is perfect, near to all main places to visit. They adapt perfectly to the new reality to make sure thier guest feel safe about the Covid. I will definitely start choosing this Hotel when ever i visit other cities. Great Place, great staff. Thank you!

We had an issue with our first room the tv stopped working so we had to switch rooms. The whole time the tv was glitching in the second room and we could smell burning smells in the middle of the night. We had to temperature turned down but felt like heat was on whole time. Room a lot smaller then we were expecting.
