This place SUCKS! Never ever come here. Horrible unsafe location. Have to park your car in a gas station. The windows are thin and do not stop wind coming in the room. Terrible hotel I would never come back and will never recommend this place. Unsafe location !!!

We liked the hotel and they offered lots of things like shuttles, free breakfast, cookies and water in rooms. But our bathroom smelled like cigarettes and our toilet didn’t work. The parking was free which was nice but not somewhere I would want to be alone at night parking across the street

I felt unsafe at this hotel. Upon checking in we found dirty used needles in the parking lot. They basically had no parking had to circle the streets to wait for someone to leave. It does not look clean at all and god forbid you want to sleep in on your little get away. We were woke up at 6 am to a loading truck right outside the hotel that was dropping off to the hotel. We can hear other guests alarms. The first desk person couldn’t answer any question and management was rude. Would not let out pizza delivery guy up to our room and had to go down to lobby to get it . Worst best western I’ve stayed at.

Since the safety of every guest comes first, we have precautionary measures in place and therefore, we are unable to allow delivery people into the hotel. Additionally, we have a security guard on site every evening, and we have installed surveillance cameras in the lobby or entranceway to the hotel to ensure guest safety. The hotel was good, but the area was a bit shady with some people panhandling outside the hotel and around the surrounding area.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!!! Inundated around ENTIRE facility as well as parking area by the HOMELESS and DRUG USERS! Because there was NO visible Best Western sign on the property, finding the hotel was extremely difficult.

Not a great part of town. Weird layout and hard to navigate surrounding areas. Grateful for parking. Complimentary breakfast was very nice -- the staff who manages it was friendly and very efficient and attentive!

Did not like the location of this hotel. It was noisy, since the there was a hospital a few blocks down the road. The neighborhood was not very safe. There was a homeless shelter across the street and a meth (drug) clinic nearby. Every day homeless individuals were panhandling at the intersection or others were getting sick. Had I known this ahead of time, I would never have chosen this hotel.
