Coffee available 24/7 in lobby/pretty holiday decorations. Hotel is drab/dull/disappointing. Mattress/very poor/cheap quality pillows/bedding/towels/very poor quality. Furniture rooms/scuffed/damaged/fire place not functioning. Fabric covered furniture/sofa and chairs dirty/stained/worn/carpets stained/worn. I wouldn’t sit on sofas or walk barefoot on carpet. Paint on walls throughout halls/room badly scuffed/marked/dirty. Price point very high for very little. I will not stay there again, nor recommend this hotel to anyone. Extremely disappointed!
