Great value for money

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, lounge
I stayed the night with my 12 year old daughter and 13 year old niece so we could go skiing the next day. The room was a bit small, but had more than enough space for all of our stuff. The balcony was a nice treat. The pool is outside, but heated so even in the below freezing temperature we were able to swim. The hot tub is a bit small, but inside if you want to relax without going outside. The continental breakfast provided was pretty good and for an extra $6 per person you could add eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. Overall a great experience for a quick one night trip. I wouldn't stay there for more than a couple of days and not if I wanted to stay in the room, but as a base to sleep and shower, it worked great.

It is OK as long as you don’t spend much time in it.

Pros: relatively cheap
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast, dirty
The room was dirty. Facets in a bathtub and a sink were leaking. The towel on a side of the bathtub had somebody’s blood on it. TV had colored “snow” on every channel. Continental breakfast had pastries, small tubs of yogurt and a fruit salad. Everything else had to be paid extra. Orange juice tasted more like dirty water than anything else.

Poor Customer Service

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, Poor breakfast
spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere nicer, it will be worth it for the customer service alone.

Convient location, friendly efficient staff, clean, decent food.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
We stayed for one night. Parking was covered and very close. The hotel is close enough to down town so walking to go for supper was easy. The staff were efficient and very friendly. Breakfast that was provided the next morning was very good. The other patrons that night were a little noisey and unfortunately our room was on the main floor but once they settled for the night it was okay. It was very clean and confortable.

clean, quiet and cheap

Hotel provided us with everything we needed for the weekend. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Good hotel for those on a budget. The hotel is nothing fancy but good value for the money.

This hotel made my husband and I feel unwelcome. We were treated with disrespect by the mananger Jenniffer.

This hotel is not handicapped accessable, the room was filthy the room was full of dust on everything including the floor which was not cleaned, no airconditoning, no free wifi offered, no continental breakfast offered at time of check in. The manager Jenniffer was rude & made us feel very unwelcome when we cancelled our reservations. The price for this place was not adequate for the accommodations being provided. Before we booked this accommodation we confirmed that there was air conditioning, free wifi, & free breakfast before booking. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends, the reason being is the manager Jenniffer is rude to customers, the hotel is unhealthy for anyone with a medical condition. I used to work in the hotel industry in housekeeping and I have never seen a room look this filthly in the time I had done housekeeping.

I liked the staff. They were very accommodating. I didn’t like how dated the bathroom was for the price of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the fan in the room.
