I liked how spacious our room was. I loved the waterfall shower and jacuzzi. I loved the view of the ocean from our window. I didn't enjoy the leak from the shower that soaked the carpet and my clothing & luggage. Some staff wasn't warm and polite. It tooked mulitple phone calls to get basic items such as fresh towels, rags, toilet paper, etc delivered to the room since no house keeping. I was told by the manager Katrina she would refund 1 night stay due to the shower leakage that soaked the carpet, my luggage, and clothings. I showed her pictures of the damage. Other than the leak and semi friendly staff, I enjoyed our stay.

The only good thing about this hotel is we booked a balcony suite, the view was spectacular. The hotel is old, it’s unkept, there’s no amenities, the jet tub was broken, and the room had roaches. When we informed staff they refused to do anything for us. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The hotel being on the water was great, however, the elevator system was not very good. Was either waiting in line to get on, or you would get on an elevator, and the doors didnt close, forcing a delay on getting a functioning elevator. Stayed on the 6th floor, took the stairs down, but they stopped on the third floor. There was another stairwell but it was blocked off with a "do not enter sign", spent a lot of time looking for another exit. Some of the room amenities were out of date and the balcony was not swept and there was no furniture on the balcony. Dressers had pieces falling off of it and one of the closet doors was barely hanging on. The list goes on! We still made the best of it!
