The radius tower rooms are smaller than a walk-in closet. I'm sure the put all the internet sales in that building.

My overall stay was terrible.. When we arrived the Valet was really rude and told us to pull somewhere and had me waiting for an hour, just to tell me the garage was full and I would have to oh and park somewhere else. Then to get to my room and find that it had roaches.. I called to the front desk and Regina stated no manager was there and it was nothing she could do, we would have to wait until a manager came in the morning.. I went down in the morning just for another associate to tell me that the manager wasn’t around and that I would just have to switch rooms and she added a free meal. At this point it was beyond that, it was terrible. There was food in the elevators and they wonder why they have bug problems.

I did NOT receive the room type I specifically reserved. I reserved an ADA accessible room to accommodate me and the required use of a medically prescribed wheelchair. I was told upon arrival that the room was not available and was given a regular room/suite. The size was bigger, but the bathroom could not be safely used. My wheelchair could not fit through the bathroom door.

First, let me say we have been staying at The Hyatt Regency Atlanta for many years during business for AmericasMart shows. Hyatt Regency has always been our favorite hotel and in Februarys we often have overlapped with the huge DECA student conference with no problems. This time however, Hyatt let the students use the main area, atrium and 24 storys of balconies as party venue through the nights and into the early hours of both days of the conference. We stayed 3 nights and two of them were filled with loud screaming, singing, slamming doors and laughing as hundreds of students used the atrium halls, balconies, and public areas for their recreation. The young people are nice enough and the conference is a wonderful experience for them. We wish them well of course. But a conference room in the basement needs to be provided for their after-hours fun, away from other guests and their much-needed And expensive nights’ sleep! We pay high prices for the Hyatt with an understanding that ALL guests will be guaranteed a peaceful and restful sleep.
