I think that some of the staff was very rude. I asked for housekeeping for my room and it did not happen. I was disappointed in some areas of my stay. Insome areas I was okay with my stay. I don't know if I would pick this hotel again if I have better choices.

My stay at the Hilton Hotel in Atlanta Georgia was very disappointing. There was no parking outside of the hotel so I had no choice but to stay in the hotel garage which was not free. They don’t clean the rooms until after you check out and I don’t know if that’s policy but I asked one of the cleaning staff, said you had to call the front desk, I did and they still did not come clean the room until after I checked out. Very sad.

I did not like that we had to pay so much for parking as 7-day guest at Hilton. My daughter had to come up all of a half hour that cost $18.00. We had to change rooms twice both toilets were not cleaned around the bottom & there was mold under the rim of the sink that was very noticeable. The hot water was near scolding hot & we could not find any cold water! We were on the 5th floor & had to go all the way downstairs to microwave food. We were told there were no microwaves due to covid?!?! I asked for early check out & was told my receipt would be emailed. That was at 11:00am - I still have not received the email?!? On a good note, when we called about the toilet not flushing, staff came right away & immediately took care of the problem. The man that brought up the luggage cart when we left was also very helpful & friendly. This was my worse Hilton experience...very disappointing!

The place was amazing and there was a lot of places around the area close by that you can get whatever you want, the entire environment and room was great I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back with friends or families thanks to all the workers and staff.
